USWe liked the view and the renovation & decor.
The location is not easy to get to and from without a car. We walked into and out of town about 30 minutes each way to get around. Some things did not work, and the manager did not respond to all questions during our stay.
GBThis was perfect for our first visit to Lake Como. The view is simply breathtaking and to wake up to it is so special. We will return to stay here again for sure.
CZWe loved the view, the charm and character of the space. Communication with the host was smooth, relaxed and without any issues. A truly lovely place to visit and spend some time at the Como lake. To enjoy such a view, you have to be prepared to climb a few stairs, and it's better not too drag a lot of luggage, but everything is doable :). The parking on the narrow streets can be tricky, but there's a spacious and free open parking lot at the top of the hill and a few minute walk from the house. The Gatto Nero (a popular destination for Hollywood celebrities, which we didn't know about until we read about it a day after visited :)) is the closest place if you want to grab a great dinner or a drink with a stunning view. Looking forward to visiting again!

The car parking situation is a bit difficult. I would not recommend this place to elderly people who are not fit to walk several hunderd meters uphill.
USThe location and view was the most beautiful in the world. The apartment was completely renovated, styled and clean. Beautiful! The owners were very nice and helpful with spot on restaurant recommendations. Will stay again!
