Really nice house, well equipped kitchen, enough towels for a family of 4, very clean Home run pizzeria just around the corner which saved us on the first day, when we arrived late

The parking space entrance is really narrow, luckily we had a very small car. Not sure if it's a disadvantage though, it is what it is as the house is in a little narrow street

Daniela is a great super responsible host, provided us with all necessary instructions and helped during the stay The apartment is very atmospheric, located in a very old building with a history inside the walls (like the stone walls and antique beamed ceilings). However, has everything you need for a comfortable stay + number if bonuses for people who travel with children. Our daughter was amazed with number of toys! And we were happy there were sucurity gates in the staircase ;) Located in quite non-touristic area, this is exactly what we were looking for.

Was great to have the use of bikes that were available for all the family.

Would have been nice to have a balcony you could sit out on.

The location of the apartment, on a quiet, rustic street, with friendly neighbors, people around always smiling at each other and greeting each other( we really loved that feeling of a small, relaxed and friendly community). The short distance to spiaggia Piona, a very beautiful beach at Como lake. It took us 10 - 15 min walking with the kids.Self check in, with all the details very clearly offered by host. Free parking spots always available at a couple of meters distance from the apartment( the apartment has a covered garage as well, which we could not use, our pick up car being too big for it). The host is very kind and fast responding. Inside the apartment you find all that you could possibly need, we really appreciated the portable air-conditioning, the oven, the microwaves, the extra matresses, the sweet treats and the coffee offered by host, we loved the natural light coming from the windows on the roof, stylish and efficient, plenty of space, fast wifi. We would definitely return :).
