"Dobre dla plażowiczów"

Bardzo komfortowe miejsce, blisko miejskiej plaży z parasolem i leżakami. Jest suszarka telewizor oraz mały ogród. Bardzo blisko przystanek autobusowy linii 53 i 22.

W nocy słuchać hałas obracających się części metalowych z mojej posesji co utrudnia sen. Możnaby bardziej wyciszyć ściany.
