The host was very friendly and helpful. There was everything we might need and expect - and much more. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. It was clean and lovely.

The house is located on the outskirts of La Spezia so it's necessary to drive or take a train everywhere.

Gianni's and Barbara are very warm and welcoming. They are incredible people who were selfless in helping us. They were even kind enough to give us a tour around the village when we hadn't planned what to do yet.

There were no problems as they gave us all the information and provided everything we needed.

We had a great few days in Ca' di Boshcetti - Gianni was a lovely host; very kind and helpful. Our house was clean, well equipped and a decent size. The town was close to La Spezia with excellent public transport nearby.

A bit noisy at times when trains passing but it didn't spoil our stay.

Gianni was a superb host, super friendly, accommodating and informative. Accommodation was very cute and charming. Facilities were clean and had everything what we needed. Location was next to none, you could not get better for the price, so close to La Spezia and makes the Highly recommend to anyone looking wanting to explore the Cinque Terre route. Additionally you are very close to some lovely beaches.

There is nothing we did not like, could just see the experience being enhanced with an AC unit for peak summer and a microwave for convenience, but not a necessity at all. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

We loved our hosts. So kind and accommodating. The place was like new and 100% clean. We cooked meals there easily and morning coffee with real Italian coffee maker was the perfect start to day. This was the perfect location for seeing the Gulf of poets.

The owner is very helpful, when he turned up he gave us advice and suggestion on public transport to the Cinque Terre, the advice is very useful. He is so kind to give us a ride to the nearby train station La Spezia Migliarina for transport to Cinque Terre. The carparking in this properties is very good and secured with gate, it is of good size and very safe.

As the properties is near the railway line, so you can hear the noise the train passing-by. The furniture in this properties is a bit own however they are all functional, it does not affect our stay.

The little kitchen had everything we needed and was a great addition to our stay, getting to cook every day and eat our breakfast/dinners out in the garden became a daily highlight. The simple pleasures that you crave when travelling <3 The bed is big and comfortable, easy to share as you don’t even notice the other person! Genuinely enjoyed our stay as the location to the local station was great, trains are infrequent so just make sure to plan ahead and time it right to connect to La Spezia Central and from there, to explore the 5 lands! All very easy once you get the hang of it. Gianni provided plenty of directions and advice too! Their hospitality and warmth was truly wonderful. He made us feel right at home, even collecting us from the bus stop at our arrival which was very appreciated after our long commute!

There were no negatives for us - we loved our time here and would recommend to friends and family! 5 stars 😍

The Host was very friendly and helpful. He met us on time and gave us some useful information. We were provided with wine, coffee and breakfast food. The house has everything you need for self catering. There is a lovely outdoor area to sit out In.

The biggest issue was the lack of air con. There is a fan, but it's not enough to cool the bedroom down. The first night we were both woke up covered in mosquito bites as we had slept outside the covers. As others have said, the train runs very close by, but we quickly got used to the noise.
