Clean, good location, nice modern bathroom, easy communication with the host

Cramped for more than 2 people, as the unfolded sofa bed takes up all the space in the living room; a bit of smell of moisture but not too bad

I couldn’t find a dustbin for rubbish. I think it would be helpful to leave instructions on how to use the coffee machine and window blinds.?

Washing machine seemed to be controlled by an app.

The location is OK, even though it was quite difficult sleeping at night, traffic right in the window, but is close to the tower. 10 min walking.

First noisy appartment. Second the apparment gives you the option to rent for 3 people, the quality of the second bed is just a joke, basically a sofa with the worst of the mattres on top of it (I did a photo, see attached). Third, the owner, she wrote us like 5 times in 2 days' stay, never experienced such a bully rent. Basically, she wanted us out at 11.00 because she made a mistake hiring the cleaner at 11.00 (check out was 11.30), then she proceeded to bombard as with messages. Fourth, the owner asked for an extra 25 euros for an open and dress the awful sofa bed. Fifth, the owner is collecting the city tax money in cash. Why? Probably not declaring anything. Sixth, mosquitoes everywhere Seventh, if they open the sofa bed, forget about having any space around the kitchen. Judge for yourselves, but there is plenty of better option in Pisa if you want to stay in the city. .

I couldn't have really asked for a better place. It was in the middle of one of the most beautiful bits of the city and close to lots of stuff. The nearby Cavalieri cafe had food to my taste (I often want to start the day with a bigger coffee and something like an avocado sandwich or eggs which isn't very common in Italy so it was like a bit of home). The house had everything I needed and the bed was very comfy.

There was some noise from outside but this is inevitable as it's in the middle of a popular area.
