"Prima verblijf om Matera te bezoeken!"

De zorgzame host Livia gaf ons een warm welkom! Voor het ontbijt stonden allerlei lekkernijen klaar in het keukentje. Fijne airco. Het appartement heeft een prima badkamer en 2 slaapkamers. De auto kan achter een afgesloten hek worden geparkeerd naast het zwembad. Het complex grenst aan een manage met veel pony’s en paarden. Ook is er een fijn zwembad en comfortabele ligbedden op het terras. De stad Matera met de mooie sassi ligt op 10 minuten rijden met de auto.

Doordat er 2 appartementen naast elkaar in hetzelfde gebouw zitten, met de voordeuren vlak bij elkaar is er buiten op het ruime terras en bij het zwembad relatief weinig privacy als er ook buren zijn. In het appartement ontbreekt een relax-zitje voor de TV. Het weggetje naar het complex is hobbelig en met flinke potholes.

"Lovely 3 days out of the main hustle and bustle"

Livia the host was amazing! Answered all our questions promptly via WhatsApp. It was very clean. Breakfast supplied was a great selection of packaged pancakes, muffins, biscuits, bread and pastries. Fridge was well stocked with milk, yoghurts, eggs and butter.

Down stairs area was a bit small, no couch to relax on after a day out.

Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich. Wir durften auch die Pferde sehen, wunderschöne Tiere. Das Ambiente war sehr angenehm und wir haben uns außerordentlich wohl gefühlt.

"Una bella struttura per una felice vacanza"

Posizione strategica per visitare la città godendo della tranquillità della campagna. Appartamento ben ristrutturato confortevole ottimi materassi molto pulito e attrezzato. Uova di casa e pane locale squisiti. Host accoglienti e disponibili.

Un piccolo suggerimento potrebbe essere mettere tovaglioli di carta e tostapane.

Le gîte neuf, propre et bien équipé. L'environnement calme et agréable. Le parking fermé pour la voiture. L'accueil sympathique. Le choix varié pour le petit déjeuner.

Le chemin d'accès un peu chaotique. Manque un étendoir pour le linge mouillé (piscine). Manque une prise à côté du lit de l'étage.

Very good location, nice environnement with animals. Kind hostess.

Breakfast was not very strong. Only the eggs from own chickens where a nice touch! Good facilities to make own breakfast.
