Great location, large place with good gardens and BBQ facilities and free parking

Would benefit from air con in living room in addition to bedrooms

traditional italian historic house with beautiful view on lake Como. Quiet place, walking distance to Cernobbio. Parking no problem. Nice welcome from the owner with complementary bottle of red wine.

Rustic charm with modern amenities

Nothing significant, if I have to note one item, the property could have had a few more utensils, glasses, etc. and the double bed was quite small for 2.

Location fabulous, house had views to die for, spotless when we arrived. My Mrs liked the rustic style. Daughter thought the bathroom was the nicest she had ever seen.

Although the parking was free at a nearby car park, it proved to be a bit difficult. Extra charges for cleaning, gas and electricity were a bit steep in our opinion as we never used the heating, used the gas hob once and hopefully left the place almost as clean as we found it. My fault as I should have read the small print.

The scenery was beautiful and the apartment was clean and homely. It had perfect interior to match with the location (country style house). Had a large outside area where there were chairs and benches which had an amazing view.

The location itself was a little difficult (had to walk but very very steep hills with our suitcases) so it would be impossible to reach for someone with limited mobility unless they had a car. If you have a car it’s absolutely fine but if you don’t you need to be mindful of the fact the walk is tiring

Would recommend hiring a car or be prepared to walk approx 10 minute walk up/down a steep hill to get to the closest bus route into Cernobbio.

If you drive, be alert 😜. Small single lane roads with lots of curves but manageable. Buona Fortuna

the size of the bedroom was nice, and the antique furniture was a nice touch

where to begin… first, it is absolutely impossible to get a taxi from this property. the cab companies hang up the phone on you and the property manager was very little help. this was incredibly frustrating and ruined our vacation because we missed an excursion. do not book this place unless you want to be in the middle of nowhere and you have a reliable rental car. second, the listing is NOT accurate about the air conditioning. we specifically booked this place due to it having air conditioning. when I got there ant asked how to use it, the property manager replied and said “No AC in the apartment😉” I asked if she was being serious and she told me “If you reserve all the house. Because AC is upstairs.” absolutely nowhere on the booking did it state this and we were forced to book another stay.
