It felt like home. No more words needed. Tiziana and Sebastian are adorable, helpful and checkin on you, supportive regarding anything you need. I would definitely book again.

I can’t even rate this place out of 10 points as it deserves 100 at least! The hosts were AMAZING!!! We had trouble getting there with cancelled train and bus delays so at the end once we got on the train Tiziana and Sebastiano came to pick us up with their car from the nearby town’s station. They were so welcoming and showed us where the shops were and recommended us places to eat. The cherry on the top was that after a long travel day they left us some water, local snacks, pasta and tomato sauce so we could make some dinner, which we did- simple pasta but so so good! The apartment itself was so well thought through, it had everything that we needed and more. You can tell that they have poured their heart into the place and it felt like home away from home. Bed was super comfy, perfect air condition in the bedroom and living room, blackout windows, beach towels, sun umbrella for the beach, different books about places to visit in Sicily, even some board games, coffee etc. 1000% recommend this place, it’s small local area that felt safe and a plus that you can park right outside the apartment. Taormina and other cute towns are nearby and the beach is not far either. Just want to especially note that on our last morning there when we checked out our rental car had a flat tire and they were so kind to help us with going to the local car shop to get it fixed. Seriously we don’t know what we would have done without them. The attention to detail and the warm Sicilian welcome was just pure magic. I hope everyone gets to stay there when visiting Sicily, we will be back for sure!

This was one of the highlights of our trips - amazing small home that had EVERYTHING! And by everything i mean literally all things that make you feel like at home - kitchen greatly equipped, washing machine, all things for the beach. The neighbourhood is safe, calm, you can park right ouytside the dood. Really good location - 25 minutes to Taormina by car, 40 minutes to Etna Park, 50 minutes to Catania. But the best thing was meeting Tiziana and Sebastiano - amazing, friendly people that instantly make you feel welcomed! They gave us great reccommendations for food nearby, tours (Great and easy Etna walk) and activities. Such warm and lovely couple, we wish you all the best and it was such a pleasure to meet you and stay at the Casitta!

Very well equipped space with a good kitchen for cooking, a comfortable bed, flawless wireless internet, free parking just opposite the house at any time, an abundance of good guide books on Etna and Sicily and a great location to start tours to Etna. The hosts are very attentive and generous and gave us lots of helpful tips. We ended up becoming friends. It was absolutely perfect the first time we stayed here last year so we booked again this year and had the same great experience.

Tiziana and Sebastiano were lovely hosts, they went above and beyond to make our trip in Sicily memorable, providing guidance and recommendations. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-furnished. The apartment is well located for day trips to Mount Etna, Taormina or the Alcantara gorge.

Mascali is a fairly small village, so you will need a car to get around but its location is convenient for trips to nearby attractions.

Exceptionally beautiful space. Well equipped to minute detail. Well located for tours to Etna. Free parking in the street just opposite the house at any time. And, most of all, the nicest hosts imaginable giving us invaluable advice not only for hiking on Etna but our whole trip through Sicily. We miss you and can't wait to be back!
