Perfect location with free parking on a street and walkable distance to Ortigia. Delicious free breakfast includes a sweet pastry and drink. Clean and stylish apartment with 2 bathrooms

Great location, close to major points of interest but still easy to park (in winter anyway). Comfortable and characterful apartment. Overall very good, with a couple of minor niggles (small maintenence issues like broken toilet seat, kitchen could have been cleaner - we could still see the salad of an earlier guest on the cutting board).

Good location, easy to park. Able to walk to restaurants and sights easily. Salvo was very helpful, made everything easy for us.

Unfortunately issue with hot water system. Very noisy water pump.

The host was very responsive, the property was spacious with aircon and good wifi. It was walking distance into town. Breakfast was included at a bar which was about 200 metres down the road. There was also lots of free parking nearby.

The hot water system wasn’t very good to have showers. We had to run the tap in the kitchen to get hot water but it didn’t last long for 4 people. Not ideal for young children.

Salvo and his wife were very accomodating. We arrived earlier than expected and they let us leave our luggage and gave us the key. As soon as the place was ready, they let us know. We were also pleasantly surprised of the complimentary breakfast at the local bar for both days. The apartment was spacious and comfortable for 5 people. The location was great with a 10 minute walk to Ortigia.

Unfortunately the accommodation was completely disappointing! First of all, it wasn't clean. The bathroom of the lower floor had bugs and hairs inside, as you will see in the photo. The upstairs bathroom wasn'tworking! We were 5 people and the booking was made months ago and you knew it! In addition, the airconditioning in the attic was stable at 25 degrees, while we had to have the ability to control the temperature. How are we supposed tospread our clean clothesthere? Finally, the sofa was notpaved and the sheets werelike rags   on it. Truly unacceptable stay!!
