"Traumlage am Strand, schönes, komfortables Haus"

Die Lage direkt am Strand ist ein Traum. Man kann auf dem Grundstück oder auf der Straße vor dem Haus parken. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Dusche ist super, sehr guter Wasseeedruck. In alle Räumen gibt es Klimaanlage, im Garten gibt es Liegen, Strandsessel, einen Grill, Außendusche. Die Terrasse ist überdacht, dadurch fast den ganzen Tag im Schatten. Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Sie ist auf alle unseren Extawünsche und Anfragen sehr hilfreich eingegangen. Danke dafür! Wir haben sehr tolle 2 Wochen in Villa Giannella verbracht, und würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Zwei Schlafzimmer haben Fenster zur Straße hinter dem Haus. Die Straße kann lau sein, wenn Autos in der Nacht schnell durchfahren. Mit geschlossenen Fenstern oder mit Ohropax geht auch in diesen Räumen das Schlafen gut.
