"Excetptional property and well maintained in a lovely area of Mestre."

Property is located in a quiet area opposite a church. Easy access to transport. The villa is a three bedroom & two bathroom house and very spacious with 1 bedroom downstairs and the other two upstairs. The host was very friendly and explained all facilities in great detail.

There are a few mosquitoes at dusk so as soon as it starts getting dark close all windows and shutters (not fully) leaving a little light and fresh air to enter the rooms. There is also a mozzie zapper you can use. No washing machine.

The villa was clean, spacious and had excellent facilities. The villa is close to the train station which heads to Venice. It's also not far of a walk the Mestre centre. Overall, it is an excellent place to stay with a group of friends.

It was ideal to our plans (staying at Mestre, use public transportation to Venice). Excellent house, friendly and supporting host, good location (supermarket, bus stop in 3 minutes walk). Highly recommended.

The accommodation is very nice, clean and very quiet neighborhood. 2 minutes to bus station that goes to Venice directly.

One of the nights was particularly cold for this time of year. The AC remote for heating purposes would have been useful.
