Casa Carlotta

Wonderful place, felt like home.

It is on the third floor no elevators, good if you don’t have much luggage

We stayed for a week in early November at Casa Carlotta and it was fantastic. The apartment is very beautiful (exactly like you see in the pictures), bright and cheery, and is appointed with very comfortable and lovely furniture. The kitchen is well equipped, so it was great to be able to cook “at home” after a long day touring, as well as being in very close walking distance to a multitude of restaurants. Monopoli is an adorable town, and was the perfect base camp for our week. Casa Carlotta is an easy 10 minute walk to the train station, so it was very easy to jump on a train to visit the nearby cities and sites. Finally, the host, Mariella is an absolute delight, and was so sweet and helpful during our stay. We hope to be able to return again someday soon.

No shower products (shampoo/body wash)

Casa Carlotta is a beautiful, spacious apartment and very convenient to the old town. Mariella could not have been more helpful, showing us around on arrival and assisting us with a dinner reservation when we had a language barrier.Will definitely rebook if visiting Monopoli again.

Nothing - everything was excellent. The only watch out is just for people with mobility issues as the apartment is on the 2nd floor with just stairway access.
