Absolutely fantastic Host and outstanding place to be, just in the heart of old town but still private, quiet and unique! Great place to rest ,have fun or just relax and enjoy the evening especially at the roof terrace! I wholeheartedly recommend it!

"Fantastic place in Monopoli"

Everything was really good. very good check in. Clean and Nice apartment, kitchen, bath well equipped! In storic centre of the city but in quite area. In storage we find an umbrella and some small sunbeds so it was nice surprise. Mattress was really nice - i was like 20 times in Italy and it was best bed, very comfortable. Beautiful terrace. very good restaurants just in 30 meters from entrance to building Highly recommend this apartment.

entrance to terrace is a bit tough but i was expecting it. the view from them is worthwhile temporary difficulty.

"the roof is really cool"

the owner has been hospitable and welcoming. the apartment was clean and Monopoli the best. very peaceful place ideal to rest. the beaches, the temperature, the clean sea, the old town with the restaurants the and bars - everything 2 minutes from the apartment. it’s been a real pleasure to visit Monopoli - thank you

The flat is perfectly located and equipped. Giacomo was an amazing host who was always there for us. I definitely recommend staying in one of his flats! Just be aware of a steep staircase ;)
