Personal ist super, gute und schnelle Kommunikation, schnell geholfen, und ein Frühstück gab's für die erste Tag auch. Die Lage ist zentral und alles mit eigenem Auto in Reichweite. Schönes Ausblick auf die Etna und Umgebung.

Mann braucht ein Auto, zum Fuss ist kaum etwas erreichbar. Bestimmte Sachen waren nicht ganz Klar mit Self Check-Inn, schade. Die Lärm von Autobahn nervt nach einige Tagen ohne Ende, gerade wenn Mann das nicht gewöhnt ist. Leider hat die Dusche nicht gut funktioniert. Insgesamt erwartet mann so etwas nicht für was mann zahlt.

Un immense merci à Sergio pour son accueil exceptionnel, sa gentillesse sincère et son professionnalisme irréprochable. Le logement était tout simplement parfait : impeccable, confortable, décoré avec goût et pensé dans les moindres détails. On s’y est sentis immédiatement bien, comme dans un véritable cocon. L’espace spa a rendu l’expérience encore plus spéciale, offrant de vrais moments de détente dans un cadre superbe. Toujours disponible, attentionné et chaleureux, Sergio a largement contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus beau et plus serein. Une très belle rencontre humaine, rare et précieuse. Nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs. Merci pour tout Sergio !

Beautiful property with an incredible view of mount Etna! A nice private pool in the building and a gym! Sergio the owner was incredibly helpful and attentive and we couldn’t have asked for a better host! The apartment was comfortable and well stoked which was a real plus! Clean and convenient and very comfy beds! Lots of parking space and in a quiet neighborhood! Thank you to Sergio and his family! We had a great time and would recommend this property to anyone!

Amazing view from the balcony . Well equipped flat .

It was really exceptional stay and service. Collecting keys as easy as getting to your own home. Everything inside the apartment is clean and cozy and comfortable. You will find a lot of things that are usually missing in the short term apartments (like coffee, sugar, salt, dishwashing liqud, detergent for washing mashime). Here - everything is for guests' comfort. The owner has provided a complete guide of restaurants, supermarkets and atractions in the surroundings. SPA and relax zone was also super: easy booking and usage at a convenient time).

Can't think of anything what relates to facilities and the host.

The flat is great. It is very modern, extremely well equipped, tastefully furnished, very clean and in very good condition. The terrace offers a fantastic view of Mount Etna. We would have had no problem moving into the flat for a whole year or longer. 😉 The option to use the Spa area was also great. The sauna is sufficient for two people. The pool is enough to refresh yourself and relax thanks to the massage jets. However, it should be said that it is too small for swimming. That didn't bother us. It was possible to reserve it at short notice and then you had the area to yourself. The service and communication with the landlords was also excellent and extremely friendly. Requests were always answered promptly. The tips for restaurants, beaches, etc. were very helpful, we were not disappointed. Two notes about location. Firstly, it is highly advisable to have a car for the entire duration of your stay. It is too far to walk to the centre and the beach, the is no bus near the house and the route is not pleasant. Secondly, the motorway is nearby. This can be heard, especially on the terrace and when the windows are open. We didn't find it too bad, but it's good to know. We would book this accommodation again anytime.
