Very friendly host with great tips for monopoli, she also picked us up from the train station

We stayed in the smaller flat and it is super adorable. All essentials were available. It felt like a home away from a hole. The layout was designed very well with enough storage space to put away all items and luggage under the bed. It was very clean. Simona, the host, is the best! She has been so helpful and ensured our stay was nothing but perfect. She also helped us with parking spots everyday to make sure we are parking in a good spot. The flat is close to all the main bars and restaurants in the old town but tucked away in a quiet area. It was so easy to get from wherever we parked to the flat because how conveniently located it is. We will stay again next time we return to Puglia!

A bigger sofa would have made this perfect. It gets too cosy with two people sitting there, let alone lying on the couch.

This amazing house is right in the city center, with easy access to the beach and shops. The house itself exceeded our expectations, as it was spacious (for 2 people) and had an amazing terrace, where we could spend our evenings. We traveled by train and the trip was about 20 minutes walking, which was doable.

The apartament is very comfortable located close to the Beach and in very quiet area. It's very clean and has everything we needed. It's stylish with beautiful apulian ceramic decorations😍 Simone, the host is wonderful and very helpful. She even offered us a lift from and to the train station when outside was almoust 40°C🥵🌞. We enjoyed the stay very much and hope to come back🤗🏖️🌞😊

Absolutely had the most perfect stay! The accommodation was so cute and very well decorated. It is very clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic. One minute walk to the beach with restaurant and cafes all in walking distance. I couldn't have asked for a better host, Simona. Simona is wonderful and very accomodating. Nothing is a hassle for Simona. Simona even helped us find a parking spot which was so nice and helpful. I will definitely miss beautiful Monopoli. Thanks Simona for letting us stay, we loved it! ♥️

There is nothing to dislike. Stay was perfect!

We liked everything. Great apartment in a great location with a great host. Simona was exceptional. A true professional and a great communicator. Nothing was a bother. She was always on hand to assist us. The apartment has internal stairs. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. The kitchen has most utensils to assist with preparing a home cooked meal. The kitchen/living area is very comfortable. Free WiFi is also available. The Carefour supermarket is walking distance. Around the corner from Carefour next to the laundry matt, there is a fresh fruit and veggie store. They supply freshly made salad bowls and fresh fruit salad. I recommend both. Parking near the old town can be difficult at times, just be patient. We tried via Ugo Bassi most days. The old town is laced with eateries. The apartment is walking distance to the ocean, great for swimming and sun bathing. It's an easy drive to Alberobello, which is a must see. Also, it's a short drive to Polignano a Mare. It's another must see. Public parking for both places is close to the old towns. Ten minutes drive south of Monopoli you will find a few restaurants/cafes etc over looking the ocean. We had lunch at one of them. The food was sensational and the price was very reasonable. I can not speak highly enough of this apartment and Simona. You definitely will not be disappointed. Enjoy Monopoli Old Town.

Please note that there are two apartments. The upstairs apartment has a lot of stairs to reach the living area, plus more internal stairs to the bedroom and terrace. It also has a washing machine. The downstairs apartment, which we had, does not have a washing machine nor a seated outside area. PLEASE do not leave the apartment key in the back of the door. If you are outside and the main door closes, you cannot get back in. It happened to us.

Simona was a lovely host who greeted us with cherries she’d just picked! She answered any questions on WhatsApp promptly. We loved this place but not great for older travellers with the stairs.
