Charming conversion in an old chalet in the valley above Valprato Soana. Excellent reception from the very helpful host. Clean comfortable accommodation with heating from an excellent wood pellet fuel stove. Good shower, modest but adequate kitchen. Beautiful quiet location in this off season period. Lots of excellent footpaths and beautiful countryside to explore and a truly exceptional choice of good picnic spots!

If you are there in the low season as I was you may have to travel down the valley past several villages to find an open grocery store so best to stock up on your way to Soana. The mountain roads in this area are not suitable for drivers of a nervous disposition.
