amazing sea cottage "Sleep To The Sound Of The Surf" casetta al mare

It is a quiet and peaceful property. I am not sure how you can hear the surf but the lovely thing is the property is extremely quiet and peaceful. It is a mere short walk down the hill to the beach. It has a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. Good air condition There is shampoo and conditioner and soaps provided. All condiments were provided. A bottle of water was left for us which was very kind. There is a fruit shop and newsagents just around the corner. There are a number of lovely plants in the outside patio area which the owner asked us to water every day which we did. The owner allowed us an early checkin. She had said we have to check out at 9am. I said that was too early and asked for 10am. She agreed. She later contacted us to say that he next guests weren't arriving til later so agreed to a later checkout which we appreciated.

I was extremely grateful for the washing machine so I could wash the bed linen on arrival. The counters were a bit sticky but it didn't take long to wash them. We were sent a message the day before arrival telling us to make sure we bring the 300 euros in cash with us. I hadn't realised this was required although it is actually in the write up of the property. I had missed that info. The owner was clear it was absolutely essential. We had to withdraw 300 euros to give to her. I have never had this happen before. We tried to set something up on paypal but this was going to take at least 5 days to clear. It was a bit of a hassle. You are not allowed to use the beach towels at the house for the beach. They are definitely not in new condition, so that was rather unusual. Given you are near to the beach it would be really nice to have beach towels provided.
