Immobile bello, storico ed affascinante

L’appartamento è situato nel cuore di Riposto, a due passi dalla piazza principale. Nelle immediate vicinanze c’è praticamente tutto: panifici, bar, un supermercato, una farmacia, le poste ecc. L’alloggio è bellissimo, spazioso, pulito e fornitissimo (all’arrivo abbiamo trovato tantissime cose per la colazione, bottiglie d’acqua, pasta, salsa, tonno e molto altro). Giovanni è un host fantastico, gentile, sempre disponibile ed offre ai suoi ospiti persino una seduta di riflessologia plantare (di cui purtroppo non abbiamo usufruito perchè mai a casa). Credo sia stata una delle esperienze migliori mai fatte e la consiglierei a chiunque!

Pobyt u Giovaniego był jednym z najlepszych jakie mieliśmy w naszych podróżach po Europie i na pewno najlepszy we Włoszech. Mieszkanie ma cudowny włoski klimat i coś wyjątkowego w sobie. Gospodarz zapewnił nam wyposażoną w najpotrzebniejsze rzeczy lodówkę(w cenie), i nawet ciasteczka dla dzieci i musiki. Na dodatek skorzystaliśmy z masażu stóp, który był naprawdę relaksujący i ciepłej miłej atmosferze. To obiekt i gospodarz do którego na pewno chcemy wrócić. W Mieszkaniu było wszystko czego potrzeba do samodzielnego gotowania i miłego pobytu na kilka dni. Wspomne również, że jak mieliśmy kłopot z fotelikiem dla dziecka z wypożyczalni, to pomógł nam bez żadnych kosztów. Polecam! Polecam! Polecam!

Everything was absolutely fabulous. The apartment was perfect — spacious, luxurious, historical (the ceiling is gorgeous!!), equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. We really appreciate how quiet it was at night and the bed was very comfortable, we had great sleep there. Also, the apartment has a fascinating history connected to the host’s family, we loved learning about it. There was so much attention to detail, with many thoughtful complementary touches that made the stay feel very special. Giovanni was incredibly helpful and friendly, and came across as such a warm and genuine person — we really enjoyed meeting him and felt so welcome here. The location of the apartment is in the heart of a beautiful authentic small town, which was so refreshing after crowded touristy areas we visited before. Great local food, friendly people, no overcrowding, everything just felt like a real deal. It was a perfect base for exploring Etna and the eastern side of Sicily by car. Honestly, we are so happy we chose to stay here. If I could, I'd give it 11/10. Thank you so much, Giovanni. All the best, and we would absolutely love to come back in the future.

We had such a great stay in Riposto at Il Capitano Apartments with Giovanni! Everything was perfect — the place is beautiful, full of charm and history, and really well looked after. Giovanni is an amazing host. He pays attention to every little detail — the fridge was full of tasty Italian food, there was great coffee, and honestly, he had thought of everything. We didn’t expect so much, it was a really nice surprise! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and Giovanni was always there to help if we needed anything. You can tell he really cares about his guests. It was honestly one of the best experiences of our whole trip. We felt comfortable, happy, and very well looked after. Highly recommend staying here!

The host turned on the AC before we checked in to make sure that the temperature was perfect for us The authentic atmosphere and painting in the walls The host is very helpful and kind. He offered us a gift before leaving. He helped us find a car to rent. The location near the sea and many restaurants around

L'ospitalità e la gentilezza del proprietario. Appartamento molto pulito e attrezzato.

La casa è bella, ampia (eravamo in 4), pulita e ottimamente equipaggiata di tutto il necessario. La posizione è molto comoda: nel centro di Riposto e a due passi dal mare, nonostante questo è facile trovare parcheggio in strada anche davanti alla casa. Giovanni è stato davvero gentile, disponibile e generoso; fornisce anche consigli ottimi e precisi sui luoghi da visitare e su come muoversi. Esperienza molto consigliata, grazie e alla prossima!
