Spotless clean. Very nice and comfortable. You can't stay closer to the sea than Marvin's house.

It's a bit noisy from the traffic first couple of hours in the night

The property is located directly in front of the sea, you can admire the view at any time of the day and you can walk just to enjoy the view. Also here are several sandy beaches. The apartment is very clean, has approximately the all facilities: mirrors, cutlery, plates, pans, cups, hair dryer, etc. The owner is very kind, he left us snacks, water, and refreshing drinks. He recommended us restaurants, activities to do. You will need to rent the bed sheets and the bathroom linen. The second bedroom is together with the kitchen, it is not a problem if you are a couple with kids. Also both bedrooms have their own bathroom.

Good location if you like a lot of people and bars and restaurants. Close to the beach...just walk out your door.

There was no parking at all. On the first night of our stay, we searched for 90 mins to find a spot and ended up in a parking house at least 600 metres away and we paid 15 euros per day. The street in front is always full and noone ever leaves. The street in front of the beach is expensive at 2 euro per hour so for 24 hour stay would be 48 euros. It is closed from 8pm to 1am every night in July and August. We were not told this. The crowds are loud and talk outside your doors and windows at night. Ok for party animals that come by train. Don't come here with a car. Beware of additional costs by owners for towels and sheets! We didnt enjoy our stay for these reasons.

We were met in person for check-in and communication was excellent. We liked the location, with plenty of restaurants and a small supermarket nearby. We rented the whole apartment. It consists of two rooms. One has a large comfortable sofa bed and small kitchen area. The other has a large double bed. Each room has its own ensuite bathroom. It seemed a little different from the listing but it suited us well.

Would have been nice to have a kettle for hot drinks.

Clean and cozy house

Too noisy for longer stay. 2 bedrooms in description were not 2 bedrooms in reality. Too tight for 4 people. Problems with hot water.

Marvin is a great host. He is punctual and attentive. The studio apartment is one of the nicer in this location, yet for a reasonable price. My only issue would be staying longer than a few nights as there was a bit of noise during the night. Maybe Marvin can change the entry door for something more sound-proof. :)
