The room was excellent! Katiuscia welcomed us warmly and explained everything about the room and city from A to Z and answered all of our questions. The kitchen is well equiped, the bathroom is beautiful and practical and the bed is very comfortable. Recommanded, great vfm!

The apartment is located on ground floor with the door opening directly to the street the area is not that noisy but when there is some noise you can hear it well. Apart of that, perfect!

We were met by the charming Katiuscia who welcomed us and showed us around and recommended local restaurants nearby which we tried. Location perfect for visiting on foot old ruins and the Ortigia. Parked the car outside the property in a crowded street.

A fairly plain street outside but we expected that. Some road noise which might bother some people but didn't bother us. There is an adjacent property with a locked door link. A far bit of noise can be heard from next door. Luckily the neighbours were quiet but one could be unlucky I guess.

The owner was extremely helpful. The location is great, 5min walk from Ortigia, and quiet. Plenty of restaurants within 100m from the apartment. Well equipped.

Katiuscia met us at the door with the keys when we arrived and our flight was 2 hours late. This women is the BEST host I have yet to experience! Katiuscia was professional, organized, and had a warm personality. If you needed anything, she attended to it promptly always wanting to make sure that we were satisfied. After our departure, I thought that I had left something at the apartment (which I had found later). But in the meantime, Katiuscia checked the apartment thoroughly, looking for my missing item, keeping me informed. She takes pride in her apartments and provids excellent service to her customers.

The property description on Booking.com stated that the apartment had a view, and it didn't. This wasn't a big deal for us, but it might be for someone wanting a view from their apartment.

Katiuscia's home was beautiful. Very clean with air con in both the bedroom and kitchen area. Less than 10 minute walk to the Island of Ortigia and 5 minutes to the bus station. Katiuscia also suggested some great places to eat. One of them, Era Ora Pizza, was the best pizza we had in our entire Italy trip.

Nothing it was perfect
