"Not as expected"

Nice trullies in a very nice spot.

We were the first visitors early May this year and the Trulli wasn’t really prepared. It was cold, and we were requested 10€ a day for using the AC to heat it up. I would assume AC is always included in the summer months? Next thing was the hot water not working, which kept going on/ off for both nights. It was reasonable clean, but still some spiderwebs and dark spots on the plates that suggested they were not washed for the season. Cutlery is a good mix of the centuries and pots and pants should’ve retired years ago.
