La mia esperienza con Casa Alfonsina è stata purtroppo negativa, ancor prima del mio arrivo. Dopo aver prenotato per una sola persona, specificando più volte che ero da solo e semplicemente di passaggio per motivi di lavoro, ho ricevuto messaggi dai toni estremamente aggressivi e minacciosi da parte dell’host. Mi è stato detto, senza alcun motivo concreto, che se avessi avuto l’intenzione di ricevere visite da qualcuno sarebbero stati avvisati immediatamente i carabinieri e che sarebbe stata fatta una segnalazione a Booking. Tutto questo nonostante io abbia ribadito con chiarezza – più di una volta – che sarei stato solo. Quando ho chiesto spiegazioni per un simile atteggiamento, l’host ha ammesso di aver reagito così perché in passato ha avuto ospiti ostili e maleducati, e temeva che mi sarei comportato allo stesso modo. Ritengo questo pregiudizio del tutto inaccettabile: essere trattati in maniera sospettosa e aggressiva, senza motivo, è un’esperienza che nessun ospite dovrebbe vivere. Sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura Soprattutto dal modo scorrettissimo della proprietaria

Neat, large room, good shower. Fully equipped kitchenette. Big terrace provides privacy. The air conditioner worked well. There were mosquito repellents.. There was humidity in the room and outside in June. About 1 km to the beach or city center. 2 sun beds and an umbrella 15 euros.

Large terrace, but could be cleaner and tidier. Very dirty dryer.

The water in the shower doesn't drain, you have to stand in the water, that's the only thing that was unpleasant

We liked the flat a lot. It had everything we needed and was bigger than expected. We especially valued that the windows had flyscreens. A supermarket was close by, and it's about 15-20min by foot to the public beach. We were pleasantly surprised by the flat and had a comfortable stay there. The landlords also welcomed us very friendly. We would definitely book the accommodation again.

Location perfect - near beach 5 min walking. Also nice distance from center. Good kitchen. Good shower. Beautiful terrace and yard. Close to local grocery store to buy breakfast supplies.

Description did not mention there are cats living on property. We are both allergic to animals. Cat hair on bed cover got us both allergic reaction and we could not use blankets because they were in cat hair. We asked new blankets and got them, but unfortunately they also had cat hair on them. We saw three different cats on property. We did not use the washing machine either because we saw quite a bit of cat hair in it. It is more than ok to have animals but it should definetely be mentioned in description.

Lovely cozy apartment, very quiet and clean. The host was very helpful as well. Amazing location, walking distance to the beach. Will definitely book it again.

The size of the place and the bed make it all comfortable.

There's a tax fee per day per person that got me as a surprise.

Really clean, comfortable, quiet, well equipped kitchen and great private little terrace. We didn't have a car but it was a quick taxi from the station and the beaches and town were easily walkable. Hosts were helpful. Great shuttle service to airport

Having to pay to use the beaches ...the public beach was too far to walk in the heat wave. Fine for those with car/ bikes. It would have been good to have more written info in English to explain best way to walk to the beaches and how the beach clubs worked etc (we were a bit confused the first day, got a bit lost walking in the heat, also not used to the systems as beaches in uk nearly always public)
