Beautiful location, shortwalk to the town/beach. On hot days the shutters worked well to create airflow. Air con was only needed occasionally. Nice comfortable room and good bathroom/shower. Very good communication with helpful staff.

Small issue with cleanliness on arrival was sorted out rapidly and effectively. Very nice accommodation. Would stay here again.

Absence de climatisation dans la chambre à coucher, impossible de dormir dans le salon (canapé lit non confortable) les chambres sont confortables mais sans climatisation c’était très compliqué avec les fortes températures du mois d’août.

The only thing that had nothing to do with the house that we liked was the beach — it was peaceful and not crowded. So I recommend the town itself, just not this particular accommodation.

Attention: The photos all show stunning views, which convinces most people just like it did me — unfortunately, not all the apartments actually look like that, at least ours didn’t (see photos). To figure out how to check in, I had to call. Over the phone, I received all the instructions, but after they had flooding in the basement, that person never contacted me again. Even when we left the apartment, they didn’t even text to ask if everything was okay. I guess, given the number of apartments and wealthier guests from other countries, we were treated as second-class guests. So, let’s start: The 1B apartment has no view — when you sit on the balcony, you feel like a parking lot guard, and in the bedrooms don’t even open the windows, because you get a lovely view of gas bottles; you’re basically underground. The bathroom is pretty bad, more like what you'd expect from a 1-star place: mold, dampness, and the towels smell disgusting. Bedrooms: there’s a smell I can’t really describe; again, don’t open the windows because of the view of the gas bottles, which is really unpleasant. Kitchen: if you’d like to drink wine, buy your own glasses — we had only one. There wasn’t even a proper knife for cutting, so forget about cooking. Garage: I wanted to list it as the only positive thing, but unfortunately it’s full of trash and smells terrible. There’s no sound insulation at all — you can hear when someone pees, poops, showers, and of course when they have sex. The plaster is falling off everywhere, and there’s a lot of dampness. We barely slept until the whole house finally went to bed, because you hear everything — so no sleep. Then at 7:00 a.m. the housekeeper comes (I do appreciate her work, just to be clear, but she could start a bit later — after all, we’re on vacation).

We highly recommend this property. It is in a beautiful location, it has everything you need and Lucia is very helpful and on hand if needed. She arranged a wonderful boat for a day for us to take out along the coast, highly recommend doing this as the sea is so clear and the little coves are lovely to dock up. Take lunch with you. Thank you Lucia for a wonderful stay in this beautiful part of the world x
