Clean spacious apartment - lovely helpful host. The setting was lovely and the swimming pool was perfect. Cherries straight off the trees each morning were a bonus!

Lovely property in a semi rural location set amongst olive groves. which meant it was lovely & peaceful . Great pool - c18m long which meant you could have a decent swim. However it was also very well situated for visiting many places and only 15 mins drive into Monopoli. An easy drive to Matera, Locorotondo, Martine Franca, Alberobello and Polignano a Mare.

Le logement était impeccable et la piscine incroyable! Elle est d’ailleurs partagée avec les autres locataires mais c’est très facile d’y être seul. Le cadre est très agréable, naturel et très calme. Un pur bonheur ! Merci aux hôtes d’être aux petits soins c’était parfait !

Struttura perfettamente inserita nella campagna circostante. Pulizia degli spazi interni ed esterni impeccabile. Mobilio e utensili perfetti. Piscina piccola ma confortevole. Gli appartamenti che compongono la struttura garantiscono a ciascuno assoluta privacy. L’host è sempre disponibile ad ogni richiesta, attenta e molto precisa.

La struttura è molto bella con ampi spazi all’aperto adatta a chi desidera avere privacy e relax. La piscina è pulita con comodo lettini dove potersi rilassare. Lo staff è gentile e sempre disponibile a ogni nostra richiesta.

Non c’è niente che non va in questa struttura. Ma come già detto hai proprietari l’unica “pecca” che personalmente a noi avrebbero fatto comodo sarebbero stati dei divanetti all’esterno dell’appartamento.. sicuramente verrà ascoltato questo nostro consiglio..

We booked Monn Ulivo at very short notice for our second week in Puglia and loved every minute of it. We didn't have a car but luckily the hosts were able to pick us up from Monopoli and also drop us back after an evening out in town. They were so kind. In general, the apartment is spacious and bright, with a fully equipped kitchen and BBQ for cooking. Even coal and firewood was supplied which was helpful. The beds are very comfortable and the couches good quality. The pool is absolute bliss, and we spent lots of time relaxing on the comfortable lounges. The entire property is surrounded by olive groves and very quiet. There is a small supermarket and bar around 20 minutes walk from the property which has all the basics.

The inside walls between apartments are quite thin so people next door can be heard.

The location is so nice. The villa is nice. The host are so nice and helpful.

The beds are not so comfortable.
