Bi-an

It exceeds our expectations, given the price point of the accommodation. The location is close to the bus station; if we walk a bit more, we will arrive at the train station. It is convenient and the facilities are all available and the house is clean. The host is also very helpful and kind, regarding forgotten items left in the guesthouse after checking out.

Location and Layout of the house was good for us. It was great if cleanliness of the house was much more.

Room cleaning was not so much, Cleaning item store place was visible and not clean.

The place was nice and the house is clean.

Would be nicer if there is a place to park a van.

Well located at reasonable walking distance from train and subway stations. Large grocery store at reasonable walking distance. Very clean, well decorated and renovated house with plenty of space and facilities for large group of travelers (we were a family of 6 : 4 adults and 2 children). The provided guides were very detailed and covered how to reach the house and how to use the facilities. The guest responded rapidly at our inquiry.

Nothing was of any concerns. The only thing i can find is that the space was limited for storing groceries not needing refrigeration. A small cupboard in the kitchen would be a nice addition as the space below the kitchen sink was already used for dishes and cleaning products. But this is very minor issue.

The accommodation was about a 10 minute walk away from the station, with a big supermarket along the way which had everything we needed. The accommodation had ample space for 8 people, and the two bathrooms made it quick for us to get ready for the day. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out, would definitely recommend!

We did really like the place. It also have lots of utilities. We really had a good time staying there. Theres also a lot of place that near the area. Convenience store, coin parking, restaurants, supermarket and even Daiso. Definitely highly recommend ❤️😊
