City Center 200 Years Old Traditional House Next to 2 Train Lines

It is a lovely old Japanese house. This was nice because it gave a very pleasant and homely atmosphere. The decorations were very beautiful, and it was cozy to sit under the kotatsu together. The location was also good for us. We were able to walk to Nijojō and to Giondori, which were both close by. There were also lots of other cool things in walking distance. If you need to go further it's close to a train station. Cleaning lady was very friendly! Overall it was a really good experience and the price was very reasonable.

The front door is a bit unreliable. Sometimes the code doesn't work. It became a bit of a game to see which of our group would have the magic touch to make it open. Not a big issue because if you get really stuck, you can message the owner and somebody would assist you.

Centrally located and very closed to Omiya station, quiet neighborhood, very cleaned and comfortable traditional Japanese house.

The house had a unique traditional atmosphere. Just staying at the house was an experience even of itself. I would recommend to anyone looking for a traditional Japanese housing. Even thought the spirit of the traditionalism was well kept, there were modern toilets and shower which complimented the stay immaculately.

The house is a bit more remote than we originally expected. The closes station is like 5 to 10 minutes of walking. Also since I am very tall and the house is traditional, I kept hitting my head on the door frame. I would advise caution while walking from one room to another.

Quirky. Great feel about it. Close enough to train station and convenience store.

The big step to go into the living areas from the front door. Easy fix tho.

I was really disappointed, really small I consider only 1 bedroom with an office space.

It looks really different from the pictures, price is high compared to other properties in better location and way bigger. Light keep shooting down, over all really disappointed I wanted to show my family a traditional Japanese house. This wasn't one. Also it needs a lot of repairs!
