The property was lovely and had lots of potential. Interestingly designed, enough beds for the amount of family members we had staying. Great location and liked the little garden at the back.

The property was unfortunately very dirty. The bathroom was not cleaned properly, we had to buy additional cleaning spray to give it a properly clean. When we did, we noticed mould in the crevices of the bathtub, on the floors and toilets and drains. This was incredibly unpleasant. Mould also sprayed out of the tap basin drain. There was also a lot of dust on the floors and banisters of the stairs. This wasn’t nice for someone who has an allergy to dust. Disappointed to see the apartment not properly cleaned from the previous stay. I wouldn’t book this accommodation again.

Maison fonctionnelle et belle. La maison est très bien située, juste à 13 min à pied du Kiyomizu-dera et 13 min à pied de la station de métro Kiyomizu Gojo. De nombreux bus sont très bien desservis à 1h de NARA Kintetsu et 1h20 d'Osaka Namba station.

La machine à laver est à l'étage entre les deux chambres du haut, donc il y a une nuisance sonore pendant son utilisation. La maison peut accueillir 8 personnes maximum avec 4 chambres de deux. Il y a deux chambres composées de deux lits simples confortables mais pas faciles pour les couples et deux chambres avec futons.

The property is exactly as pictured. It fit all of our party of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids) very comfortably. It was easy to access and easy to enter with the code. Love the central table and tatami room where everyone gathered. The tatami room was for the kids and they loved eating and playing there. The beds and linens provided were clean and appropriate.

The main floor floor is not super clean (understandable as it’s cement and not easy to clean) and the slippers provided weren’t very clean. Id recommend bringing your own slippers. The mini fridge wasn’t very clean but we used it for drinks anyways. No issues. We had no issues with noise as others complained about…the stairs are steep so don’t plan to sleep little kids upstairs. (Our daughter is 5 and she was fine with the stairs but I was on edge). There isn’t a lot of space to open suitcases but this is common is Japan! The price is a little high for what it is.

Good location and accomodation worked well for seven adults. Train station was a short walk away with lots of food options close by.

Check in was delayed due to cleaning from previous stay. Cleanliness of the property was average.
