communication was easy, as we had no set plans, we arrived late and they were able to accommodate our request to access the keys and accoms. The facilities were great and everything was clean and neat. Location was close enough to the station to walk and walkable to many convenience stores and eateries.

Bedrooms were all upstairs. No toilets upstairs. Not the host fault. Just the design of the houses in Japan are not suitable for elderly and handicap users.

"Whole house close to the station"

Whole house within walking distance from Kanazawa station with a lot of restaurants close by. They provided good japanese tea and the duvets were really fluffy. There was a heater to heat the apartment up. It was spacious

The beds are on the top floor and the bathroom is on the bottom floor

Close to restaurants, convenience stores and the train station

There were only one type of pillow offered. Not everyone likes hard pillows so maybe offering a choice in future could be a good idea

"Warm, welcoming, excellent value"

The location is very convenient for Kanazawa station, and the check-in/reception desk is just around the corner with very helpful and welcoming staff. The property is large, with a comfortable downstairs kitchen/dining area and two good sized rooms upstairs for sleeping. The house was warm and cosy. This property is close to perfect for a small family - it was great for us! The value for money was excellent.

The location is great for the station, but not close to the main tourist sites - we were happy to do a lot of walking and catch some taxis, but it may not be perfect for others. The station area has a lot of large hotels and is not particularly attractive, so if you want a more atmospheric area you might prefer the other side of town.
