誰にも干渉されないで滞在できるので快適でした。 洗濯も出来たし、自宅にいるように過ごす事が出来ました。 楽しい時間をありがとうございました。

Accomodation truly small. Impossible to stay for 4 people. Just way too small!!! Not very close to the train station. Very small kitchen suppliers. A bit unclean when we checked in. Internet not very fast. Very high price for what we got for.

This is a great place to stay while in Kyoto! We stayed here and did day trips around Kyoto and other parts of Japan. There is cooking facilities and a laundry machine which are very helpful. It is a nice clean modern house. It is close to the train station (maybe 10 minutes walk). It is very close to Toji temple which has an impressive flea market on the 21st of each month. The neighborhood was quiet (except for the morning crows). It can be a little tricky to find because some of the Kyoto back streets are mazes! Mr. Kikuchi met us at the station and showed us how to get there. He was very helpful in responding to our requests for extra bedding and a vacuum cleaner so we could keep the place clean.

There wasn't anywhere to hang laundry to dry other than in the shower. There is however a laundromat maybe 5minutes away with big and fast clothes dryers. It is helpful to have a smart phone to contact them (but that is just me, I don't have one).

The location was very convenient, close to Kyoto Station. The house itself was clean and the neighborhood felt cozy.
