Rakuten STAY VILLA Fuji Kawaguchiko Forest 2LDK with sauna and terrace-Pet Friendly-

Amazing property looking out onto woodland . Very comfortable with plenty of space for a family of 5. The outside electric grill plates , the sauna and the bath were all great additions to the property. Lovely park just across the road too. Immaculately clean throughout .

If I was being picky I think more outside seating would be good , on a sunny day there were no seats outside to relax in considering there were 5 of us. Also it is very close to a road which was slightly misleading from the pictures . However this didn’t impact our stay and we would stay again !

Will come back to this place next time when i visited fuji area

There is a problem with water heater when we just arrived. But we fixed it.

Everything was great, beautiful, clean, 2 rooms which can accommodate 8 of us, have a spacious kitchen for us to prepare dinner and breakfast as the villa is quite away from shops, outdoor sitting area was great.

location a bit far

The space is well designed and equipped for groups. With the kitchen appliances and tableware provided, our family of 8 had an enjoyable hotpot dinner. The location is a short drive from restaurants, supermarkets and local attractions. The green and serene surroundings were a plus.

A downside was the fire alarm which went off untriggered at 3am on our first night. It took about 10 minutes for the alarm to be switched off, after we called the given hotline and another 20 minutes for the service personnel to arrive to check on it. Also, the bathroom on level 2 was very cold during the winter season as it is connected to the outdoor bath.
