It was a wonderful place with little noise or people. We had the beach to ourselves! The house was pleasant and clean and had necessary items to cook. The pool was nice too, although a bit cold. Overall would return. Be aware that the road from Sisal to the house is a dirt road and hard to access if you don't have a car.

The house has been poorly maintained and its noticeable. The sink would often clog or overflow without anything to clog it, the sewage appeared to be leaking outside the house and the window-doors would be hard to close as if stuck. The towels in the property were not the best, so I advise bringing your own.

The drive to and from the house requires some skill. It’s a slow 20mins to town due to the pot holes road. But we did see a lot of birds and a flamingo

Probably one of the top locations in Sisal. The little sand footpath to the beach and the beach itself are borderline magical. The 15 min drive from the town means the spot remains quiet, even on the busiest days in town.

While the house and its facilities are in good working order, some of the appliances and amenities have definitely seen better days. That said, the salty environment in the Yucatan coast is quite unforgiving for anything metallic.

A very nice and cozy area (Sisal). Close to the beach. Beautiful beach and nature around the house.

The condition of the house does not live up to the price. There are deficiencies and the sanitation installations do not work correctly. The house lacks maintenance. The internet didn't work the first day, which meant we couldn't work from home, which was a must for us.

House was great value

The internet went out the 1st night for 5 days no internet was a costly problem. Had to rent another room in town to get work done. Power also went out for 24 hours. Limited cell phone making us go into town everyday and the road is very bad.

The location is very good, the beach is really close, beautiful and almost empty. The house is spacious and well equipped.

The water pressure on the second floor was bad, it was challenging to take showers. The house itself need some maintenance and deep cleaning.

The location right on the beach was fantastic. The view of the ocean from the upstairs patio was breathtaking. The sunsets were so beautiful.

The stove did not work the first night. Someone came to fix it the next day but then it only had one setting: high. If you left anything sweet on the counter the ants found it. And there were probably bed bugs in the main upstairs bedroom. My husband woke up with his legs, feet, arms, chest and back covered in bites. I was spared; I'm not sure why.
