Tokaichi inn 一軒家貸切

It is less than a 30-minute walk to the Atomic Bomb Dome, the Museum of Art and Hondori street. We can also walk to the Hiroshima bus center. It's a quiet place, but there's a large supermarket nearby. It is spacious compared to other accommodations in Japan.

The television is small. :)

Loved it and close too all sites in Hiroshima

Check-in was very convenient. Property is located very near the major attractions and good food places, yet is very quiet. Fairly spacious, with sufficient amenities provided for the whole family. Some nice additional touches by the host as well, such as games, and a heated floor mat in the ground floor living room.

By no fault of the property, the location really is a bit tricky to get to - since it is hidden away in a little alley (but I do accept that is the point of this place). The air conditioning system isn't sufficient for the home, in my opinion -- there is only 1 main heater on the ground floor, which heats the small living room (couch / TV area), but the rest of the ground floor remained fairly cold.

Relatively large accommodation, within walking distance to all the sights. Loved the leg massager. Hiro was very helpful, and the accommodation supplied everything we needed.

Some of the lights were low hanging for the tall folk, and a little confusing to switch on and off. Towels were a little thin.

Fully equipped house, location close to the Peace Memorial and Peace Museum. Supermarket and several combini nearby.

The house is big so it was not easy to fully heat up, there is not heating in the bathroom, which was not very convenient. The location was in a residential neighbourhood with limited eating options reachable on foot. The house would need some little renovations, beds were ok in one room and very hard and uncomfortable in the other.

Location, although a taxi ride from the train station, was close to Atomic Bomb Dome, Peace Park, Hiroshima Castle, shopping etc. Heating very effective, quiet neighbourhood.

Nit picking but towels were super thin, not enough toilet paper supplied for 3 people x 3 nights, coffee supplied but no tea bags.

Directions to get there were clear, place was clean and functional and the location worked fine for getting to major tourist destinations.

Stairs are very steep and beds were more like futons than mattresses.
