Zushi Beach House

Location was excellent. The house was roomy and comfortable.

The living room air conditioner did not work. The listing said ocean views but we could not see the water.

Location and the fact that a family of 9 could book for 2 nights. Except… it only really fit 8 people, so one had to sleep on an uncomfortable corner couch. No real privacy to the shower area as the door doesn’t close. Only one teatowel and not enough towels for everybody, The kids enjoyed the loft beds and adults were ok on the floor on futons. We needed to be in this location for a function at Hayama Marina.

Enough towels and enough beds for 9 people. Very narrow staircase to get your luggage and food up. Tiny landing and entrance. Which means everybody else standing in the rain waiting for people to be take their shoes off and move their bags out of the narrow entrance.

Guide was pretty detailed to find the park and keys

we had issues with receiving guides to enter the house, and nobody answered the calls around 1 hour.

I loved that it was a really big house. There is the place for 7-8 people to sleep. Big living room, next to restaurants and parking. Also 1 ins from the beach. Amazing stay.

The view is from the house on the other side of the street. The stairs to go up to the house were a bit narrow.
