Scrupulously clean, great size for 5 people, a few minutes walk from Nakakaruizawa Station. Staff were very helpful in answering a few questions I had before our stay.

Spacious living room, well functioned bathroom and lovely garden behind the building. The place has two parking lots available (can easily fit in class like Toyota Alphard) and just 10 mins drive from Old Gonza Street.

Just the same as the photo, the house is tiny but full with everything you need for a stay.

You need the car and do not check in after dark

The apartment is very clean, nicely equipped.

I can hardly find anything we need to complain. An humidifier in the rooms will be a credit.

Location was great if you drive. the place was close to a quiet park and we had a great walk.

The house is kept very clean and tidy, the master responds efficiently. Perfect for friends and family, they provided a spacious kitchen and rooms and great light. It is very quiet to rest at night.

The mattress is a little soft but pillows are very comfortable.

Lovely home in a great location, close to public transport and restaurants but also very quiet. Very picturesque walk along the river and through the forest.

It took some time to work out how to use the cook top and hot water, some English instructions for these may be helpful.

Good location for relaxing, clean house, more than enough space for 4 of us.

I think the dryer built in the washing machine not really dried the clothes. The location is probably a bit far from public transport if we don’t drive.
