Plānas sienas un blakus numuriņā bija viesi, kas līdz 04:00 lietoja alkoholu un skaļi uzvedās, kas traucēja miegu.

Been staying here several times and it’s always a pleasure to return. Love the location, the style and how spacious is the property. Outdoor terrace with the view towards harbour is great, especially during the warm season when you can sit out and enjoy some bbq. Within walking distance you have several pubs, restaurants and fast food places, supermarkets for groceries, public transport, cultural venues. Hosts have always been available and responsive to enquiries, doing everything in their power to accomodate guests needs.

You have to be mindful that the building is historical and soundproofing between the floors is poor

Location, view from the terrace, interior 🤩🤩🤩 Property can accomodate up to eight guests. It was only 3 of us but I chose the mansion due to it being spacious- kitchen, large sitting area, terrace and bedroom. Price is also very reasonable

During the colder season the bathroom can feel quite cold, also there was a slight smell of sewage from the bathroom. This has never been an issue before, so i assume this was a one off situation

This property is wholly unsuitable for guests seeking basic standards of cleanliness or a peaceful night's rest. The rooms were unacceptably dirty and noise from other guests was completely unmanaged by staff.

We are formal repeat guests who previously stayed without issue, but this visit was completely unacceptable and constitutes a serious failure of duty of care. Our booking confirmation explicitly stated NO PARTIES ALLOWED. We reserved two rooms for four adults, two of whom are elderly (aged 70 and 75). Upon check-in on 14/05/2026 at 3:00 AM, we were immediately subjected to loud parties being held by other guests in the rooms directly above us. The noise was relentless and my family was unable to sleep for the entire duration of our stay. I made repeated contact with both the hotel and Booking.com, formally requesting immediate intervention or alternative accommodation. Both failed to act. By 23:45 on 15/05/2026, the situation was so severe that I was compelled to call the police — a direct consequence of the hotel's inaction. This is not a minor complaint. Both the hotel and Booking.com have explicit policies prohibiting parties on their premises. Those policies were knowingly ignored by staff, leaving two elderly guests and their family in an unacceptable and distressing situation overnight. I would strongly advise against staying here — particularly if you need to be well-rested, or are travelling with elderly guests. This is not a place where you can expect a peaceful night's sleep.
