Patika dizains un plašums, kā arī tas ka ir pieejama virtuve, veļas mašīna un žāvētājs. Arī atrašanās vieta ir lieliska.

Nevisai patīkami bij tas, ka vairākiem logiem, tai skaitā vannas istabas nebij aizkaru, vai ja tie bij, kā piemērā galvenajā guļamistabā tie nav pietiekoši lieli, lai aizsegtu logu. Ikviens kas staigāja pa kanāla puses terasi skatījās iekšpusē.
