Great location, easy to find

This is a wonderful house, large, located close to everything you may want to see in Cesis. Parking is safe, right next to the house. There is a pretty veranda upstairs, ideal for a morning coffee.

Communication with the property owners wasn’t ideal. I was sent the check in details only in the last moment; I’d prefer a message a day before telling me what to expect in terms of check in instructions. Additionally, the owner assumes they know the sleeping arrangements better than the guests. In our case there were 4 of us, I rented a 3 bedroom house, but the owner somehow assumed we need 2 bedrooms so they locked the 3rd one. I’d prefer to either be asked how many bedrooms I need or at a minimum to be told that they need payment for 5 in order to let me use 2 bedrooms. The house is otherwise great, but sketchy communication sours the experience.

Really an excellent location, the house was clean and very well-maintained, the host responded very quickly and communication was easy.

Spacious house. Location - very center of Cēsis. Very clean. Fully equipped kitchen. Two bathrooms. Strongly advise.
