Forest house with outdoor hot tub

Host is very friendly. House is cozy and there are 2 super cute dogs. We had an outdoor tub heated for us, in the house there is absolutely everything needed for living. Great experience!

Best cozy stay in the middle of the forest. The owner is living in his house close to a small cottage, but he is nice and welcoming. The hot tub is located behind a small cottage, no worry for privacy :). The additional cost for the hot tub is 50E. Inside the cottage is everything you need, lots of towels, all bathing products, you can choose from many :). Enough wood for fire inside. Microwave, large fridge, kettle. Two owners' dogs were a very big plus for us as doglovers. They were barking from a distance at first, but they are the most friendly ones! The bed is very comfortable! TIP: If you are coming by foot from the closest train station, you can walk straight all the way on the forest path next to the stream, do not take any turns on two crossroads, and you will get to the cottage from the back side :) it's closer than coming on the normal roads for cars from the front side of the house. Only 10 minutes by foot. Jurmala Beach is in the opposite direction from the train station, an additional 15 min.

The owner doesn't speak very good English, but he is really trying and if there is something more you need to communicate, he will call his daughter who speaks English very well, so no problem with communication at all :)

It was an absolute delight! The cleanliness and attention to detail really stood out. The two lovely dogs were an absolute highlight of our stay! Their friendly and playful nature added so much joy to our trip. It felt like they were part of the whole experience, the kids absolutely loved them. Would absolutely recommend using the hot tub, it is a must-have experience, especially in the evening!

From start to finish, there wasn't a single downside to our experience. The cleanliness, the comfort, the lovely ambiance – everything was absolutely perfect. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the effort the host puts into ensuring your guests have a seamless and enjoyable stay.

It is very quiet place. Surrounded by the forest. There is everything you need for a stay, such as cooking facilities, good shower, comfy beds. Amazing outdoor area to sit, have a bbq. Excellent communication with the host. All questions been answered.

Owner lives just few meters from the property. This didnt really bothered us as we almost havent seen them, but might be issue for some people as there is two big dogs who comes and goes. Had a slight issue with locking and unlocking front door. But it might been just us and not the lock istelf. This hasnt spoiled our stay. City centre is very far, not in a walking distance, but we weren't there for a shopping so was ok with that.

It is not luxury, but it's homely. Biggest problem was our shy dog, who was afraid to go out because of the big dogs of the host. Many of the surrounding houses also have big guarding dogs, so basically our dog was terrified walking outside. But I guess this is more of our own problem as we have a timid dog. The hosts dogs were friendly enough, eventhough they are big.
