Spacious nice lay out. Flat is clean and well located 2 min from the market. Plenty of shops and attractions

Quiet exceptional location

I liked how the property was in the city centre and close to the souqs and market.The property was also very big and spacious and even included a roof terrace. The host Tarik is a very nice man and he gave us biscuits and water on arrival.

The WiFi was too slow throughout our stay.On the first day we arrived in the kitchen next to the sink we saw a cockroach and it fell on my daughters shoulders. We also saw another cockroach in the toilet. Other than that the stay was pleasant.

Showers in built to toilet so very tight. No microwave or electric kettle.

I was very good located, 10 min from the central square. It was in a quiet street. Spacious, three bedrooms, teras perfect for morning coffee. Owner Tarik was great, very helpful, always available. Gave us lots of useful advice.

Bathroom is something you have to get used to.

The location was very central and the host is friendly. It has really typical interior and it’s very big, with one normal bathroom and one more toilet with a shower, too. Also it has a very nice terrace on top. Inside it had a nice temperature. It offered everything we needed. Very good value for money.

It was a little hard to find it in the beginning. The Wi-fi was most of the time really slow. The toilet with a shower is too small to actually take a shower inside. Be aware that on the first floor at least cockroaches could enter easily so close the lids in the bathroom and the entrance door. On the first floor you could hear the people outside in the morning a lot.

Location and size of house

Excellent location, 5-10 mins walk from the market, but ideally placed for exploring all of Marrakech. The host, Tarik, was very friendly and super helpful throughout our stay - many thanks for your help and effort!
