The owner was extremely nice. Right away greeted with snacks and tea. He even offered a sim card. Extremely helpful and flexible, kept an open communication at all times and was super welcoming. The location is close to the souks. Has everything you need for a reasonable price. Would 100/10 recommend. Please book this guy he is amazing.

Mohamed, the riad manager, was so helpful and friendly. We arrived very late at the Riad but he still had a wonderful dinner prepared for us. All of the rooms were very comfortable, with their own en-suite bathrooms (and great water pressure). They also had air-conditioning, which was crucial considering the very warm temperatures outside on the days we were there. I loved the fact it was so close to Jemaa el-Fnaa Square, El Badi Palace, etc. and to plenty of shops but the road itself is located in a less claustrophobic area of Marrakech. There were plenty of keys so residents can go in and out as they please, and don’t have to coordinate who has the keys.

La situación. La disposición,siempre positiva del propietario. La terraza..Que aporte una persona que nos limpiaba vajilla y cocina.

El Riad no dispone de un lugar de uso común cerrado. Tanto el salón como la cocina dan al patio interior,y si como ha sido nuestro caso, hace mal tiempo (lluvia y frío), tienes que recurrir a cocinar, o comer, o charlar con abrigos puestos. Sería deseable además que tuvieran la cocina más recogida.

Mohamed som har hand om riaden är supertrevlig och extremt hjälpsam. Han kan fixa både grillkväll och tagine-middag på takterrassen. Ligger centralt så man kan gå till allt i centrala Marrakech. Är det något man undrar över eller behöver så hjälper Mohamed till.

Något kallt i rummen, då vi besökte riaden över jul, så det tog ett tag innan aircondition fick upp värmen. Påslakan till alla täcken istället för underlakan hade varit trevligt.

Personale disponibilissimo. Il ragazzo ci aiutati in ogni modo durante l'intero soggiorno. Ogni richiesta è stata soddisfatta. Riad bellissimo con una grandissima terrazza. Camere ampie, pulite e confortevoli. Soggiorno da 10+
