Tasteful decor, super clean and lovely staff

The stairs are horrible!!! Not possible for people with mobility issues.

Our stay at Dar Jiblia was absolutely wonderful! The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed. The hotel’s location was perfect, close to major attractions and public transportation. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request or provide local recommendations. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options to start our day right. We also appreciated the hotel’s attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction. Overall, we had an exceptional experience and highly recommend Dar Jiblia to anyone visiting the area.

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish.. Our host Zoubada was extremely friendly and we could not ask for more. The property was amazing with an exceptional roof terrace for views. It is so beautifully decorated, quirky and chique very classy.. It was so central both squares and medina being within a four or five minute walk. There is a little Kiosk just right of the property for essentials such as eggs, milk and biscuits and the guy that runs it is very sweet and speaks english too!. There are amazing eateries near by, Zoubada the house keeper was so lovely she will direct you and help with anything you need. Also check out Bab Souse about a 5 or ten minute walk away in the Bab souk area, ask for directions, the food is excellent there, and very authentic and excellent value! It's where the locals all go to eat..

we loved our stay at Dar Jiblia. The views from rooftop were amazing and the house was centrally located. we enjoyed breakfast at the hose one day. the inside was very cute and had great decor. highly recommend.

The host, location, and accommodation were all excellent. This was a wonderful place to relax for a few days during an otherwise very busy trip. The place was quiet and comfortable with all the amenities we needed!

The location of bathrooms (main floor or rooftop) were separated from the bedrooms, so it was inconvenient to use in the night - but certainly not a big problem for us and not something that the house owner can easily change.

The house is amazing and the host is wonderful! There are so many beautiful and cozy details inside! The roof is so good, breakfast is tasty, everything is absolutely amazing!

Location, breakfast, has a washer, a good choice if you want to experience a traditional home stay (the inside is like a maze with many stairs that leads to different terraces - cool), the housekeeper Madam Zoubaiia is very helpful (she intro us to a local guide, brought us to experience a public Hammam, she made us feel very welcome!)

Not suitable for someone with limited mobility

Bathroom needs an upgrade, wifi needs to be extended to upstairs bedrooms.
