Très belle maison au calme avec parking La maison est neuve et décorée avec goût. Très cosy on se sent comme à la maison. Rien ne manquait tout était parfait et l'accueil de Sandra ainsi que ses conseils sont un vrai plus dans la location La piscine est très belle et se partage avec 2 autres logements de même taille aussi peu ou pas de monde à la piscine et peu de bruit. Tout était parfait et correspondait à nos attentes

We stayed in this house for 11 days and truly enjoyed our time. The house is comfortable, well‑equipped, and ideal for a relaxing holiday. The bedrooms are spacious, with large wardrobes and comfortable beds. The surrounding area is peaceful, and the views from the balcony are stunning. The swimming pool was always clean and quiet, offering a great place to relax. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and communication was smooth and easy from start to finish. The house is about a 15-minute drive from supermarkets. We highly recommend this place to families seeking peace, comfort, and beautiful views.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The pool was amazing, and the atmosphere was very peaceful. The host was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

The property was stylish and comfortable. It perfectly suited our family of four. The balcony/terrace overlooking Boka Bay was the perfect place to enjoy breakfast in the morning and an evening meal. The pool was clean and big enough for our kids to swim and play for hours. Sandra was an excellent host who made sure we had everything we need and gave great local recommendations. The nearest ‘beach’ at Bigova was our family’s favourite in the area. Air con in both bedrooms as well as the living area was very welcome in the heat of the summer.

Extremely hospitable and customer oriented hosts. Even in a situation where there was some tension because of the not working Wi-Fi network, the hosts tried to solve the problem offering alternatives (instead of arguing unnecessarily). What excited us the most, was the chance to pick and cook zucchinis and cucumbers from the property’s small garden. Of course, anyone can afford to buy veggies from the shop, but the idea to grow them so guests can enjoy them is amazing! The clean pool with a view where we relaxed in privacy and serenity is also worth mentioning.

Sandra’s house was exceptional. Her house is one of the best properties that we have stayed in during our 10 years of holidaying in Montenegro. The property is new and the facilities are modern. The supplies were also plentiful and kitchen well equipped. There is a washing machine, clothes rack, iron and ironing board, so you can comfortably have a long stay. Sandra was thoughtful enough to supply a selection of brand new kids toys and games for the family. The balcony and garden area was perfect for sitting and looking at the view with your morning coffee, lunch or evening drinks. The view looks down to the coast and you can see Tivat airport. The noise from the airport didn’t bother us, as take off and landing is very swift and during our stay not too many flights. The other side you can see views of the mountains, Kotor cable car and over to Lovcen. There is a brand new pool that is shared with the other 2 houses but we were lucky enough to have it all to ourselves on the two occasions that we used it. There are lounge chairs and an outdoor shower for convenience. We briefly met the neighbours and they are lovely friendly people. Sandra was very helpful with sorting out our registration papers and also very hospitable leaving us wine, snacks and fruit. She kindly helped us with some shopping too as we were arriving on a national holiday and she knew we wouldn’t have access to the supermarkets.

The roads leading up to the property are under construction so it’s a bit dusty. The drive way leading down to the parking spot is very steep and if 2 cars are parked it will require a bit of shuffling to get back out. A car is definitely needed as there are no shops are restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

It is literally one of the best places i’ve ever stayed. The host is awesome. There’s absolutely everything that you may need and more inside the house. And the view… you can just sit and look at the mountains and how the planes go up and down from Tivat Airport. Everything you may need like huge groceries stores, gas stations and pharmacies is 5-7 minutes drive.
