It offers a self check in, so you can enter at any time. The apartment is in the old city, so it is near to all of the attractions. The host left for us a coffee and a small breakfast. Very comfortable to drink the breakfast coffee in the apartment. Very good value for money.

"We were very happy with the property and hope to rent it again the next time we are in Bologna."

We loved the location. It felt safe and secure in a quiet residential area. It was a short walk (15 minutes) from the city centre, with a hotel and a couple of restaurants near by. The breakfast was a nice touch. The owner was easy to text, very helpful, replied quickly and in English which suited us.

It was all good.

Good value apartment close to the major attractions. A decent shower/bathroom and the washing machine was a welcome bonus.

With a sofabed down it's a family tight space but no complaints as you have to pay for extra space and we weren't planning to spend a lot of time there.

"Slept on a sofabed and flat needs renovating. Quick key collection"

Friendly host and quick and easy key collection

The bed is a sofa-bed that was not made. The shower was mouldy and rusty. Stains on the sheets.
