Der Pool und die Aussicht.

Wir haben ein Ferienhaus gebucht, es war nur eine Ferienwohnung da unten eine andere Familie gewohnt hat. Die Stromversorgung, ein Disaster. Häufig kein Licht wenn gekocht wurde brach alles zusammen. Auch der Föhn hat alles lahm gelegt. Ein Tag kein warmes Wasser. Waschmaschine funktionierte nur auf zwei Programmen. Der Strand in der Nähe der Wohnung, sehr verschmutzt. Ausserdem musste man als Feriengast seinen Müll selbst zum Entsorgungszentrum im privaten PKW bringen, das geht garnicht. Der Entsorgungsplan lag auf dem Kühlschrank, finde den Fehler. Nie wieder!!!

The house is fantastic, beautiful setting with countryside, mountains and sea views. Kitchen is very well stocked with appliances and utensils. Beds are super comfortable. Single bathroom with shower within the house, and second WC and cold outdoor showers at the pool. The pool is great too, no chlorine smell off the water (seems to be a salinated pool). Plus plenty of comfortable loungers and seating underneath the shaded pergola. Fantastic property all round, hope to return!

Although the pool is for exclusive use, it isn't apparent from the description that the property sits on top of a ground floor unit (separate entrance & garden). It should probably be made more clear in the property description that it isn't a freestanding house as this slightly diminishes complete privacy and does influence price.

We loved it. A comfortable and clean house surrounded with a beautiful nature. The host was welcoming and available for any questions during the whole stay.

2 beds in one of the rooms weren't as comfortable as beds in other rooms. Except that everything was perfect.

Beautiful place; quiet; view of the sea; pool; comfort; all issues we had (eg. equipment, trash...) were resolved by the contact person.

Excellent facility, private pool with plenty of sun loungers. Gated and secure privacy. Easy walk to the beach too.

The only slight negative is that the villa is not that close to anything and a car is pretty much essential to do anything other than go to the beach. Plenty of nice restaurants nearby but you really do need to drive to get there, and the supermarkets.

Fabulous place to stay; the location, privacy, views. We loved having breakfast on the terrace looking out to sea. After exploring the area during the day, we would return to swim or sit by the pool with the option of sun or shade. Everything was very clean. Ghisella was lovely; smiling, helpful and welcoming, despite us not being able to speak Italian. The shaded parking area for the van and motorcycle was a bonus. There is a well-stocked little supermarket within a 5 minute drive, with friendly owners. When booking, it is advisable to state how many beds you want made up if you want a choice of bedrooms.

Not a negative as such, but the property isn't very easy to find. Both of our sat navs (van & motorcycle) wanted to take us up the track just past Coco Cafe, when in fact the road to the property is the turn prior to the Cafe. There is no sign/name to guide you. Off this road, look for a rough track on the right with a pink painted gate alongside it. This is where you need to turn and follow the track uphill to the electronic gates. We asked in Coco Cafe and the owner (who didn't know where it was either, even though it is very close) kindly phoned the number supplied by Booking.Com and Ghisella came to meet us.
