Очень отзывчивый хозяин. Всё отлично рассказал, показал, по дому и по окрестностям. На кухне была вся мелочовка для готовки. В доме чисто. Втроём было достаточно места. До места добирались на машине, по округе перемещались на пароходике.

Один минус - кондиционер не работал, спать было очень тяжело: жарко и влажно.

The apartment is in the old Italian house, which makes it quite authentic and sort of experience. It has a private outside area shared with 3 neighbours, a balcony with the view of the neighbour house. Very nice and calm place for a cup of coffee and a book. Inside the house is a bit dark, but so all old Italian houses. When we stayed there, the conditioner did not work, so it was too hot in the nights. You can leave the windows open on the second floor to let the room cool down, but not on the first floor, since then someone could enter the house. There were vents but too noise at night so we stayed with them off. The bed on the first floor is not very comfortable for a sleep, but the king-size bed upstairs is perfect. In general, the house is good and we enjoyed it. It is not overpriced at all. There are some free car park spaces around. The host is very friendly and speaks good English.

The apartment is in old repair, but this was not a problem for us. The problem was that the description indicated that there was an air conditioner - it is there, but it does not work, or the owner does not want it to be used. For those who came from colder countries, like us, it is impossible to have quality rest when the temperature is 26-28 degrees at night and only drops to 21-22 degrees in the morning inside the house. Please note that this is a small town, there are two cafes only, no small market, but we found a bus arriving with local food on wednesday morning outside the church - it was good experience. It is true that it is about 30 minutes by public boat to Bellagio, but there is not much to do when you return in the evening. Make your own coffee 😊 By the way, you can see only the courtyard from the windows of the house, where the life of an Italian family boils. not Lake Como, like seen in photo.

The owner was very welcoming and the property is at a great location, there’s free parking less than a few minutes walk! We would stay again

The host was super nice and awaited us with the time change. The check-in was smooth as the parking was available mostly at the apartment or the supermarket right next to it. The room was clean with a working kitchen and clean bathroom. Getting around was easy with the car as the highway is very close. The price to performance was good.

The room has no AC/fan and uncomfortable to sleep on summer days. Opening the window (aka sliding door of balcony). As the curtains weren't thick enough to block the light so had to use the shutter. Being close to the airport it was very noisy to sleep. It's a residential apartment building and the lift had a bad stench.

Really cozy village to live in. Easy to get to Bellagio with either bus or ferry. Sadly both bus and ferry stops going after ~18:30 but you can take a taxi if you want to stay in the surrounding villages later. The apartment were great, not really anything bad i can say about it!

Sadly the washing wasnt working at the time we were there.
