The road was a little untidy outside but it cant really be helped. A little more information about the gate (in to the community).for the fob would be great as we assumed it was rhe gate to the property at first.

Though neighbourhood needs some upkeep, its location is excellent as it's close to Catania city for sightseeing, yet away from the hustle and bustle of the city and in a tranquil area close to the beach. Close to the airport and just off the main road. Parking just outside property, on the street at no extra cost. The property is ideal if travelling with a baby as you own all property. Host provided crib at no extra cost. Have fully functionable kitchenette with microwave and kettle - ideal for bottle and some snack preparation and all rooms are equipped with ac. Maybe it needs some refurbishing/modernisation but the property was clean and well furnished. Comfortable and spacious bathroom. Surrounded with a small garden and BBQ area. Pity the weather wasn't so pleasing. Host remained in contact regularly to ensure a pleasant. Definitely cannot complain.

Neighbourhood needs some upkeep and the property is best reached by car but this is beyond the host. Property had a bad smell of smoking cigarettes. Being a family of non-smokers really influenced me. Believe that it was due to previous owners or cleaning staff smoking inside and the smell remained in the property's upholstery and furnishings.

Very welcoming and helpfull host at a comfortable house. It has been a nice stay and the owner helped us in any belongings - even driving us back to town at the end. Thank you!

The apartment is very comfortable and spacious. Equipment not the newest, but clean and in good condition. Everything as described. Outside, a small garden, terrace and a small swimming pool (mainly for children). The area consists of villas and holiday homes. Nice and quiet. A big plus is the proximity (700m) to the beautiful sandy beach, which was empty. The apartment is located about 10km from the center of Catania, rather you need your own transport for sightseeing and getting around. The advantage is also the proximity to the airport (5 km), which is not heard at all.

Neglected and littered neighborhood, but this caution refers to all Catania area :-(

there was a lot of space for a group of 5 people. fully equipped kitchen, efficient air conditioning, wifi. baden in the garden is an additional advantage, proximity to a beautiful beach, intimate surroundings. very committed and helpful owner who cares about the comfort of his clients' stay.
