Everything was perfect house , and big space outside great garden and very close to the beach

I don't like we have to pay for bed lines 😒 and bathroom towels .for that i will tell its not ok I'm travelling around the world and I'm not first time in Sardenia but to pay for basic staff like bed lines and bathroom towels never heard before..I never had that situation...

It was a real home for us for the days spent here. We really enjoyed the surroundings, the garden and the location was excellent and quiet. Claudio was very communicative and prompt, it was a pleasure talking being in contact with him. I totally recommend the villa.

It has a lovely garden, with a big dining table, a lounge set and 2 sunbeds. The house was spotlessly clean when we arrived, beds were made and there was coffee and tea, toilet paper and even a couple of dishwasher tabs, so we didn’t have to go shopping immediately. We arrived late, so that worked out well for us. All the rooms have airconditioning units. The house is in a quiet, gated neighborhood with a dedicated parking space and plenty of parking on the street (we came with 2 cars). The nearest beach was a 5 minute walk and if we walked a further 10 minutes we were at renowned La Pelosa beach.

The showers were VERY small. And the living room is quite small, with just one small couch and a dining set. We were there in spring, so spent a few evenings inside and with 6 it got quite crowded.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The house is very well equipped and has literally everything you might need, when you’re on holidays. It’s located about 8min walk from Spiaggia L’approdo, which we actually preferred than the famous La Pelosa (located 15min away). It was very quiet and peaceful around the villa (in October). The weather was fantastic. Marcella, who greeted us on the first day was very lovely and the communication with Claudio was also very smooth. He always answered our questions immediately and had good recommendations.
