"VILLETTA DA SOGNO..."

La casa è davvero confortevole, ha tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno comodo e rilassante. Martina e sua madre sono meravigliose... accoglienti e non invadenti... come piacciono a me e alle mie amiche... Vengo in Umbria almeno 2 volte all'anno e questa location per me... "è casa"... NON VEDO L'ORA DI TORNARCI... GRAZIE MARTINA...

NIENTE, Martina ascolta i consigli dei clienti e migliora sempre la struttura... sta allestendo l'idromassaggio in giardino... non vedo l'ora di provarlo a luglio...

"Dom, ogród, właścicielki wszystko było ok. Lokalizacja dobra, piękne widoki, zachody słońca."

Po przyjeździe czekała na nas właścicielka domu z osobą mówiąca po polsku, było to bardzo miłe, ułatwiło nam wszelkie formalności z odebraniem domu. Kontakt w właścicielem był sms, wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy, otrzymaliśmy bez problemu.

Dom spełnił moje oczekiwania, ogród również. Największym problemem była dość ruchliwa droga, przy której dom jest zlokalizowany. Wyjazd z posesji nastręczał trochę problemów, trzeba było wstrzymywać ruch na drodze, co nie zawsze było łatwe. Brakuje też basenu, może warto o tym pomyśleć na przyszłość.

"A beautiful vacation home near Assisi"

One bedroom has a queen bed, the other bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. We are the only guests in the whole house. The house is very tastefully decorated. The backyard has a large patio with lawn and a pizza oven. The area is safe and quiet, with chirping birds. It is quick to visit Assisi. It is a few miles to Santa Maria degli Angeli, where there are grocery superstores, restaurants, and gelato. If not blocked by neighbors, we would be able to see Assisi. The air conditioner is new. There is a clothes washing machine for an extra fee. Martina, the host, is extremely friendly and helpful.

Many cars zoom by on the road in front of the house, and the front gate and driveway are rather narrow. Being not Italian and driving a medium size car, we stopped the traffic when entering and leaving the drive way. Fortunately, the other drivers willing to stop and wait.

"We would absolutely stay again."

I loved how clean it was. You can see that it is a loved property and the owners take pride in it. And that is the beauty of this place.

There were options for tea but nothing for coffee which was surprising.

"Beautiful property in an amazing part of Italy."

Perfect location. Huge property with beautiful flowers and trees. No living room but you can sit at the dining room table to relax.

It’s a pretty busy road so it’s hard to get into and out of the driveway.
