"Tolles Haus das gemischte Gefühle hinterlässt"

Tolles Haus mit einem phantastischen Ausblick. Sehr sauber und bestens gepflegte Anlage. Manlio, der Eigentümer und Betreiber ist stets präsent und hilfsbereit. Smart-TV mit Netflix. Gutes Frühstück.

Das Haus ist sehr abgelegen, mindestens 20 Minuten Fahrt nach Cefalu. Kein Restaurant in der Nähe. Dies wäre kein Problem, wenn im Haus ein Mindestangebot an Getränken oder kleinen Snacks vorgehalten würde. Nicht einmal Gläser für mitgebrachte Getränke stehen ohne Nachfrage bereit. Kein Aufenthaltsraum außer einer kleinen Lobby mit 3 Sitzplätzen bei 5 Doppelzimmern. Hier könnte ohne großen Aufwand und Kosten ein echtes Problem behoben werden. Dafür der schriftliche Hinweis, wonach es untersagt ist, in den Zimmern etwas zu essen und man Ordnung zu halten habe. Wir fanden dies wenig einladend, obwohl Manlio eigentlich ein sehr netter Gastgeber ist. Ein paar kleine Änderungen und wir würden 10 Punkte vergeben.

The view is stunning, the house structure is vintage and you can tell it’s been taken care of, and Manlio is nice!!

Nothing! Everything is perfect, the road up hill is a bit tough to drive but once you get to the villa, it’s all worth the effort

Eine wunderschöne Anlage in ruhiger Umgebung. Die Zimmer geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück wurde sehr liebevoll und ansprechend angerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Le confort de la chambre, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, la vue imprenable sur la baie, le calme absolu, la piscine très appréciable, la grande gentillesse de Manlio et ses conseils avisés, le petit déjeuner très bon !

"View, quiet and pastoral"

A charming house, immersed in greenery, an impressive view from the courtyard, a peaceful place, Manilo helped with food and site recommendations in Cefalu .Breakfast is served in a homely room and is quite rich.

The road to the place is quite difficult. The jacuzzi and pool were still closed.
