All the mattress beds was too soft, could not slept comfortably. Aircon at living room was not working properly. bedroom either no fan or no aircon.
MYSGI had a very pathetic experience at Glex Homes Desaru. I booked a 2-bedroom apartment for three nights, but the stay was so bad that I had to cancel the remaining two nights. The first apartment had no Wi-Fi and the TV wasn’t working. They shifted us to another unit, but that one was even worse: • All three aircons were leaking water • Master bedroom door could not be closed • The bed was extremely uncomfortable – springs poking through • Bedsheets and pillows were yellowish and unhygienic • It was impossible to get proper sleep I requested a refund for the cancelled nights, but until now there is no update or payment returned, despite multiple follow-ups. I really hope the management improves their service and hygiene standards. I do not recommend booking this place until they fix these basic issues.
